Materials Needed: Kathy Kaye Popcorn Ball from Walmart, dipping chocolate, red string licorice, candy eye (or mini marshmallow and mini chocolate chip)
You can either dip the Popcorn Ball in white chocolate or almond bark or leave it plain.
Then cut strips of red string licorice to create the veins of the eyeball.
Glue on an eyeball which you can purchase where they sell cake decorating supplies or take a mini marshmallow and glue on a mini chocolate chip.
